How delivery is arranged

Because of the value and nature of precious goods, delivery is arranged individually for each order. The method, insurance, timeline and any charges are set out in your quotation.

International shipments

International shipments are subject to the customs, import and documentation rules of the destination country. Duties and taxes are payable as stated in the quotation.

Collection

Collection in person may be available for eligible orders by prior appointment.

Inspection on receipt

Please inspect the packaging and contents at handover and report any discrepancy immediately.
